- Hold a ball at the top of the tower.
- Say "Ready, set…" and stop. Wait up to 10 seconds.
- A look, a sound, a reach or "go" all count. Then let it roll.

- Count "3, 2, 1…" and stop before "blast off".
- Wait. Watch for a look, a wiggle or a sound.
- Treat it as their turn and launch right away.

- Wait for them to look back at you. That shared look is the goal.
